Work is done directly with Kevin Jensen, not a call centre or junior analyst. Carriers commonly in scope are Telstra, Optus, and TPG/Vodafone. Typical issues include ghost billing on decommissioned sites, missing contract discounts, cancelled services that keep invoicing, and unreadable multi-site Telstra accounts. Where a carrier will not resolve a legitimate commercial dispute, Australian businesses may have rights under the Telecommunications Consumer Protections (TCP) Code and can complain to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO). The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) sets consumer and industry rules that sit behind carrier obligations, including notification and billing conduct. Jensen IPA prepares the billing evidence and carrier dispute; TIO and ACMA processes remain the client's statutory channels. ## Other pages - [Home](https://www.jensenipa.com.au/) - [About Kevin Jensen](https://www.jensenipa.com.au/about/) - [Case studies](https://www.jensenipa.com.au/case-studies/) - [FAQ](https://www.jensenipa.com.au/faq/) - [News and blog](https://www.jensenipa.com.au/blog/) - [Privacy policy](https://www.jensenipa.com.au/privacy-policy/) - [Terms and conditions](https://www.jensenipa.com.au/terms-and-conditions/)
