Jensen IPA saves Cape York/Gulf RAATSICC over $137,000 in incorrect Telco billing charges.

An Aboriginal childcare group client in North Queensland recently transitioned to new Data Services in March 2022 through deals organised by their telco provider. However, it was uncovered several months later that the bills seemed out by thousands of dollars per month.

Our investigation revealed that several old data services for the old data network were still appearing on the monthly account and had not been cancelled in March 2022 when the new network had commenced billing.

We immediately organised the cancellation of services and a backdate to March 2022. After several months of follow-up, the cancellations were processed as requested and backdated to March 2022.

This resulted in a total credit of $137,805 on the recent bill.
